One can use pills, working out or implement a plan in their daily routine. A six week diet is the most suitable strategy to facilitate desired weight loss and maintain the optimum body weight. Six week dient plan encourages healthy feeding habits to develop safe eating habits for optimum body function and body weight.

Diet plan encourage safe feeding habits by enhancing balance of nutrients and consumption of safe food substances. Processes foods such as canned fish or beans contain manufactured chemicals incorporated in the process of their synthesis. Ingestion basically introduces foreign material which human body is not designed to digest. This tampers with chemical reactions in ones body and as a result affecting the body functionality.

A diet plan has dos and things one should not do. It recommends what one should focus on and what should be avoided. It recommends you drink eight oz of cold water every morning. Water is necessary in the morning to facilitate body reactions and to arouse the body activities. Other roles played by water are transporting oxygen, food digestion and enhancing chemical reactions. Therefore it is vital that the body is constantly supplied with water for the facilitation of body functions.

Every body structure goes through growth and sometimes requires repairing. Proteins perform the function of enhancing muscle building and body development and repair of body tissue. Some hormones such as insulin rely on protein for their synthesis. Every pound you weigh demands a gram of protein hence it is advised that one consumes the right amount of body building foods in accordance with their body weight.

Breakfast is an integral part of the day. Adequate water should be taken before breakfast to open up the gut and to re-hydrate ones body. Nutritional breakfast is required to provide the body with enough the energy to keep going. Enough proteins and starch should be taken and balanced with vitamins to enhance body functionality.

Obesity and diseases like heart disease are fueled by the intake of excess carbohydrates and fatty foods. Consuming goodies like ice cream, chocolate, French fries, cookies sabotages the diet plan because such foods bring along with them a lot of calories which means additional fat and weight. Fats are unhealthy for the body since most of them are retained by the body.

Starving oneself is not a solution to lose body weight. This is because once the body is deprived of food it holds onto reserved body fat. As a result the body responds by breaking down muscles for energy. Consequently, the body retains the fat and the muscles are broken down so the result is same fat and less muscle.

Lastly, a diet plan encompasses balancing nutrients to comply with the requirements of the body. It is important that one chooses what they consume so that the optimal body functionality of body is maintained. Six week diet plan is, in conclusion, very fundamental to the maintenance of normal body weight, prevention of obesity, and loss of excess weight.
