The other vital thing to keep in mind is, the student and learner must be willing and ready to listen keenly to the points of view of the other.

Use of study strategies, weekly agendas and note taking skills are among the items that make up academic interventions. Depending on the need of student, the amount of time to be allotted and actual strategies is determined. These academic strategies are supposed to be personalized according to the students individual needs. This is the reason why teachers should pay close attention to their students to be able to identify individual students who need extra attention.
