Reflecting More Than Just Wood With 3d Interior Rendering

By Virginia King

Natural material for interior design is not the cheapest. Sometimes people opt for pieces made from synthetic material because of cost or some other reason. Faux bois decor, when translated, is false wood. This can be a great substitute for a wooden table. Have you ever been somewhere and you saw a beautiful wooden piece, and upon enquiring about it found out that it was actually concrete. It's a cool way of creating the look with actually having to use the real 3d interior rendering itself.

This creative technique was created by the French in the 1900s. The stone workers from that age are the ones who developed this method. Today it is widely used and almost any type of home furniture or decorative piece can be made using this technique. The technique the stone workers used in the 1900s was called ferrocement, and from this technique item like planters and wire mesh and even furniture were made.

As previously noted, this method is widespread and can be seen in regions such as Texas. Although it was established in France, all regions vary in terms of method and creativity. Texas has its own variation of the method. They refer to their variation of this method as el Rustico. El Rustico can be interpreted as rustic work which is apt for the type of work made. They are quite big on features.

El Trabajo Rustico is more focused on the specifics such as the features of a branch or bark. In order to accentuate the detail, the professionals using this method will go as far as highlighting any peeling on the model they are working on. This is all done with the intent of making something that is both rustic and so similar for the real deal that it will be impossible to tell the two apart. With this method, one can create items that appear to have been cut out from something like a log and shaped in an artistic manner. Not only is this a variation of sculpting but it also seems effective.

Even the colors used to paint the item are painted in a way that emphasizes the most natural parts of a branch of bark. The professional uses shades to better create the desired look. You'll find broken branches and wormholes as an example of how realistic the artist wants the piece to look. El Trabajo Rustico was created by a Mexican man named Dionicio Rodriguez.

His creations are broad and can be traced to regions such as Arkansas, New York City, Maryland, Michigan, New Mexico, and other places. If you wish to his finest work, his prevalent and popular works are San Antonio Texas. Due to creatives such as this, these objects are not inexpensive. Particularly the antique objects. It is a field that is rather abuzz and holds its own history.

The are two types of techniques. The one mentioned already is called faux painting. Which is creating a finish with paint that looks like real wood. The other one is faux graining which involves creating the wood grain on a surface instead of paint. When touched you can feel the similar grain feel of wood. The attention to detail is what makes this technique so popular.

There are many pieces to choose from it's just about preference at the of the day. It's a piece of art so appreciate the experience and have fun choosing.
